Lead Elite is a fast-growing real estate referral network, dedicated to connecting clients with the right opportunities and helping our partners succeed. We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and growth goals
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
