Dialer - Cold Calling/Outbound - Night shift - Male only

Location: Johar Town, Opposite to UCP (On-site only – No Remote Option)
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – 60,000 + Commission (2–3% on closed deals)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Caller to join our sales team for Digital Marketing & SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, but we also welcome freshers with excellent English communication skills.

This is an on-site position where you will directly contribute to generating qualified leads and closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
• Present and promote our Digital Marketing & SEO services.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure deal closure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

✅ 6 months – 1 year experience in Cold Calling / Sales (preferred)
✅ Experience in Digital Marketing & SEO campaigns (preferred)
✅ Freshers can apply if fluent in English
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✅ Ability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM)
✅ Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and target-driven
