Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development specialist (cold caller) with a strong background in cold calling and lead generation within the HR recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients.
Perform cold calls to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Follow up on leads, set up meetings/calls, and convert prospects into clients.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with HR recruiting firms.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and finalize client contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide feedback to management for service improvements and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development/Sales within the HR recruitment industry.
Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
