Cold Caller (RSP Campaign)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team for a specialized Research Service Provider (RSP) campaign. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to potential clients—such as researchers, academic institutions, and businesses—to introduce and promote our research support services. Your objective will be to generate qualified leads, book consultations, and support overall business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients from target lists.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our RSP offerings, such as research assistance, data analysis, publication support, and technical writing services.
• Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and client feedback in CRM tools.
• Follow call scripts while personalizing interactions to build rapport and credibility.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategy and messaging.
• Provide feedback from prospects to help refine offerings and outreach techniques.
• Stay updated on the company’s services and developments in the research industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
