Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential marketing leads.
• Document lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up appointments or pass leads to the sales team.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure consistent lead generation.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry (preferred but not required).
• Availability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan).
