Renexus Resource Group is expanding its global footprint and looking for a motivated and ambitious Global Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities

As part of our high-energy sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue and building meaningful global connections.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and digital prospecting methods.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries while developing lasting relationships with global decision-makers.
  • Sales Presentation & Negotiation: Confidently present Renexus services, manage client concerns, and close deals that align with company goals.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress within the CRM system.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal delivery and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a premium client experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who bring a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to every interaction.

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition. Prior experience in international sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English fluency (both written and spoken) is essential for engaging with international clientele.
  • Sales Competence: Knowledge of modern sales cycles, lead qualification processes, and pipeline management. CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
