Compensation: PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience) + Uncapped Commissions

About the Role
Renexus Resources is hiring a highly motivated, energetic, and results-focused International Sales Specialist to join our expanding outbound sales division. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to establish or advance a career in global sales while contributing directly to the company’s international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic outbound outreach (mainly calls) to international clients and decision-makers.
• Present and communicate Renexus Resources’ service offerings persuasively to generate interest.
• Qualify leads, identify client needs, and schedule quality appointments for senior sales staff.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of all communications and opportunities in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (essential for international client interaction).
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of sales, telemarketing, or client-facing experience.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new strategies and market demands.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
