Position: International Sales Specialist

About the Opportunity

Renexus Resources is strengthening its international outbound sales function and invites motivated, articulate professionals to join a results-driven global sales team. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy international client interaction, structured sales processes, and performance-based growth within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with international prospects through outbound calling and digital communication channels.
  • Service Presentation: Introduce and explain company solutions clearly while building professional rapport with potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects’ requirements, identify qualified opportunities, and schedule meetings for senior sales professionals.
  • Performance Delivery: Achieve assigned KPIs related to call volume, qualified leads, and appointment setting.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead progress within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English suitable for professional international conversations.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development are welcome.
  • Sales Mindset: Target-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a call-focused environment.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly understand services and apply structured sales techniques.
  • Technical Exposure: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, though strong performance and attitude are highly valued.

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience and capability)

Work Schedule

  • Day Shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
