Renexus Resources is strengthening its international outbound sales team and is seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about global business development. Your Role

As an International Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our global footprint by engaging international prospects, presenting our solutions, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead qualification and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to international prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Service Presentation: Communicate our offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess client needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for senior sales professionals.
  • Performance Management: Achieve monthly KPIs related to call volume, qualified leads, and appointments.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for professional international interactions.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development are encouraged to apply.
  • Target-Oriented Attitude: Confident, driven, and comfortable working in a call-focused sales environment.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to understand services quickly and apply effective sales techniques.
  • Technical Awareness: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Shift Options:
  • Day Shift: 11:00 AM- 08:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
