Cold Caller

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients

  • Use Apollo.io for lead sourcing, prospect research, and contact enrichment

  • Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

  • Manage and update CRM records accurately

  • Create and optimize outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) using Apollo

  • Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment setting performance

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects

Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of experience in cold calling / outbound sales

  • Proven hands-on experience using Apollo.io (lead generation, sequencing, filters, exporting data)

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality

  • Ability to work with targets and performance metrics

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus

  • Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
