Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for healthcare projects and provider services in the US market.

This is a target-driven role suited for individuals who are persuasive, resilient, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Introduce company services related to healthcare projects and provider solutions.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales/project team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing.
• Experience working with US clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be comfortable working 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift).
