Inbound Tele Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated Inbound Telecom Sales Specialist to handle incoming incoming sale and customer service call, understand client needs, and upsell or cross sell telecom services. You’ll play a critical role in converting leads, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and leads from customers and convert them into sales.
• Understand customer needs and match them with suitable telecom products (internet, phone, bundles, etc.).
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM records with call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, billing, support) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and competitors.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom or sales-related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and inbound call systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
