Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Calling Agent – Sales to join our expanding sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and converting prospects into successful sales while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present and promote company products/services effectively
• Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and sales procedures
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong English verbal communication skills
• Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
