Position: Telesales Representative

Tech Revolution is hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales Agents to generate new business for our US logistics and dispatch. As a sales representative you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, presenting our services, negotiating deals and closing sales all while managing client relationships, and understanding market trends to meet revenue targets. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and closing deals with owner-operators and trucking companies

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through cold calling & outbound sales

· Pitch dispatch and logistics services to the US clients

· Closes sales and on-board new clients

· Maintain client records and follow-ups

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

· Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months of experience in US B2B sales, call center, or logistics sales

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

· Fluent English

· Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

· Ability to work night shifts (US hours)

· Goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

· Experience selling truck dispatch or logistics services

· CRM experience Cold calling & lead generation expertise

Job Type: Full-time US Hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
