We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused SMS Specialist to join our team and work from anywhere. This is a full-time role (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) with paid national holidays and annual paid vacation days—because we value your time on and off the clock.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound SMS leads from our campaigns.
• Qualify prospects with thoughtful, engaging questions.
• Keep our CRM updated so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Spot and report campaign issues quickly.
• Collaborate with your manager to close deals.
• Bring professionalism and great judgment to every interaction.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or lead qualification and real estate.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Great conversation skills—especially over text.
• A dedicated computer and reliable internet connection.

Pay & Growth:

• $900 a month paid on the 15th and 30th of every month.
• Big opportunities to grow if you perform well.

100% Remote:
