Sales Development Representative

Job description:

We’re a small, dynamic marketing firm focused on delivering top-notch strategies to our in-house projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on various aspects of marketing, from lead generation to content creation and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads via cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Book meetings with startup founders and senior executives
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach (no spray-and-pray)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and ICPs
  • Hit weekly and monthly meeting-booked targets

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR / BDR (agency, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with making high-volume cold calls
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and rejection
  • Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Reliable internet and quiet remote setup
