Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative SAP HCM Payroll solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution, driving alignment across various stakeholders.

  • Lead and contribute to key decisions that shape the direction of projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide solutions to complex payroll challenges, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Oversee payroll processes, including configuration, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage SAP innovations to enhance payroll operations and efficiency.


Here’s What You Will Need

  • Master proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including configuration, compliance, and support.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or related skills.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.

  • Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

  • Master proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
