Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us grow our business. This is a hybrid position — most calls can be done remotely, with in-person meetings once or twice a month. During these meetings, we will review call stats, results, and strategies, and you’ll enjoy a paid $30 lunch.

Your main responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses in our target markets
• Follow up on missed calls and previous leads
• Schedule walkthroughs and appointments for our cleaning team
• Track calls, notes, and follow-up dates in our professional calling system (CloudTalk)
• Maintain professionalism and positive client interactions at all times

Schedule

• Part-time: 8 hours/week
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with breaks)
• Thursday: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM
• Flexible scheduling may be available as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Motivated, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable following a calling script and tracking results
• Previous cold calling experience a plus, but not required
• Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and ability to attend in-person meetings once or twice a month

Pay & Bonuses

• $13–$17/hr (hourly pay)
• $25 bonus per completed walkthrough
• $75 bonus per signed contract
• Estimated starting weekly pay: $104–$136/week + potential bonuses
• Occasional paid $30 lunch during in-person check-ins
• Potential for growth and increased hours as your results improve

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
