We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller who can focus on outbound lead generation and consistently book appointments.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily (100–200+ calls) to generate leads and book appointments
Speak with business owners and decision-makers
Introduce our services clearly and confidently
Qualify prospects and identify opportunities
Book appointments for the sales team
Handle objections and keep conversations moving
Follow up with leads to increase appointment conversion
Track calls, appointments, and notes in CRM

Requirements

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales preferred
Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Confident, persuasive, and resilient mindset
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Self-motivated and results-driven
Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
