Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketer with 5 years of experience to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and lead generation, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Manage SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Manage content marketing strategy across digital platforms.
• Oversee social media presence and brand positioning.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads.
• Solid understanding of SEO & SEM strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
• Strong knowledge of conversion funnels and performance metrics.
• Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international market campaigns (US/UK).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is preferred.
