Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Facebook Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our ERP Software services business.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Generate high-quality leads for ERP / SaaS services
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize landing pages for better conversions
• Manage remarketing campaigns
• Track ROI, CPL, and campaign performance
• Provide weekly performance reports
• Suggest strategies to improve conversions and reduce ad costs

Requirements:

• Proven experience running ads for ERP, SaaS, or B2B services
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking & analytics
• Experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager
• Ability to generate qualified leads (not just traffic)
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in international campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO & funnel strategy
• Experience working with software/tech companies
