Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases
- Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify needs
- Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales (depending on role scope)
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or messages
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle objections professionally and effectively
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets, dialing systems)
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
