Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases
  • Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify needs
  • Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales (depending on role scope)
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or messages
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets, dialing systems)
  • Good listening and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
