About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (C1 level or native, preferably with an American accent). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound sales calls within one or more of the following sectors: solar panels, EV chargers, or commercial real estate.

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, presenting our solutions clearly and persuasively, and setting up appointments or generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients within assigned industries.
  • Present products and services effectively, tailored to the prospect’s needs.
  • Overcome objections and handle client queries with professionalism.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: C1 or native speaker, with clear American accent.
  • Experience: Proven cold calling experience in at least one of the following sectors:

( Solar panels - EV chargers - Commercial real estate )

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and confident in high-volume calling environments.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
