Cold caller & Sales agent

Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and confident Cold Callers and Sales Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in the US, UK, and Canada, introducing our services, and converting leads into sales. If you have strong communication skills and a driven mindset, we encourage you to apply—even if you’re just starting your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in US, UK, and Canada markets
• Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively
• Build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
• Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Confidence and a persuasive personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Freshers are encouraged to apply

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in cold calling or sales
• Experience working with international campaigns (US/UK/Canada)
