Cold Caller (USA)

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller based in Lahore. The Cold Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to generate leads, conducting market research to identify potential clients, and maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions. The Cold Caller will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective calling strategies and ensure consistent follow-ups to build client relationships.

The perfect candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle high call volumes and rejections while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Set up meetings or sales appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in our CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Follow up with potential clients through emails or calls to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

• Must have the bachelor's in Economics or Commerce.
• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably for accounting industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work the night shift from 4 PM to 1 AM.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
