ZEVITECH is a growing IT company dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals through our services. We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our team and play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and lead lists
• Introduce and explain our services/products in a professional manner
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/database
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Handle objections and communicate value effectively
• Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
