Job Description:

Pexdel.com is hiring experienced and confident Cold Callers / Sales Agents to join our US-based Digital Marketing Sales Campaign.
If you have excellent communication skills, sales energy, and the drive to earn high commissions — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Web, PPC, Branding etc.)
  • Follow provided scripts and handle objections confidently.
  • Maintain daily call logs, leads, and performance reports.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Closers.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pitch and conversion strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in cold calling / telemarketing (US campaign preferred).
  • Excellent English communication with neutral or US accent.
  • Comfortable working Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Reliable internet and working environment (for remote applicants).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 45,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)
  • Commissions: 6–15%
  • Weekly & Monthly Incentives for top performers
  • Career Growth: Promotion track to Sales Closer or Sales Manager
  • Paid Training on sales scripts and product knowledge

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
