About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Outbound Sales Agent to join our team for a highly targeted B2B campaign in the financial tech space. You will be pitching a powerful software solution and booking demos with high-level financial professionals.

Who You Will Be Calling:

• Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and financial firm leaders.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: Proven B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience is required. Experience in the financial or SaaS sector is a massive plus.
• Resilience: Ability to confidently navigate gatekeepers and deliver a compelling pitch to financial advisors.
• Communication: Clear, professional English communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Rate: $3.00 / hour.
• Bonus Structure: $50+ Weekly Performance Bonus based on secured demos. (Note: KPIs and associated bonuses officially unlock after a 2-week ramp-up grace period).
• Shift (Part-Time - 4 Hours/Day): * Option A: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Cairo Time.
• Option B: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time.
