Cold Calling Agent (female)

Location:

• Raya Phase 6 DHA Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our real estate leads.
• Provide information about properties, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications.
• Record all client interactions and update lead status in the system.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, or Excel).
• Previous experience in call centers or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
