Cold Calling Agent – Freight Brokerage (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are actively seeking confident, fluent English-speaking Cold Calling Agents to join our expanding freight brokerage team. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators, goal-oriented, and comfortable engaging with U.S. and Canadian businesses over the phone.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to manufacturers, suppliers, and shippers, introducing our logistics services, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships. If you have a passion for sales, excellent spoken and written English, and the drive to convert cold leads into active clients, this position is for you.

Experience in a freight brokerage or logistics campaign is a major advantage, but not required. We provide 10 days of comprehensive training, consistent guidance, and strong growth opportunities for motivated individuals ready to perform in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, and job hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Karachi Time). The position is based in DHA Phase VIII, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential U.S. and Canadian clients.
• Clearly communicate company services and identify new business opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain detailed call notes, leads, and follow-up schedules.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Stay informed on logistics trends, lanes, and industry pricing.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional English speaking and writing skills (neutral or North American accent preferred).
• Proven success in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably U.S. market).
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient communicator.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or BPO sales is a plus.
