Cold Calling Agents (US & Canada)

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Agent to contact potential customers in the US and Canadian markets. The role involves outbound calls, lead qualification, appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US and Canada
• Introduce company products/services clearly and confidently
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or clear accent)
• Familiarity with US & Canadian business culture and time zones
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection positively

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
