Cold Calling Sales Agent (US Campaign)

Job Description:

SourceTek is seeking a Cold Calling Sales Agent for its US-based IT services campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing the company’s IT services, and generating qualified leads. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with international clients professionally.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market
• Introduce and promote IT services, including web applications, mobile applications, and SaaS products
• Identify client needs and generate interest in company offerings
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to qualify and convert leads
• Ensure professional and effective communication with all prospects
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or call center roles is preferred
• Ability to confidently engage with US-based clients
• Willingness to work US night shifts (on-site)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Basic understanding of IT services or SaaS products is a plus
