Cold Calling Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for engaging with potential clients. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, building rapport with prospects, and effectively conveying our product/service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Engage with decision-makers, present product/service benefits, and qualify leads
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead-generation goals
• Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads
• Handle objections and deliver value propositions effectively
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every call

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (CRM software experience is a plus)
