Role Overview:
We are looking for a team of motivated and results-driven females to engage the UK & US market. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on the challenge of cold outreach, and wants to build a career in international digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK & US to generate new business opportunities.
• Clearly articulate the value of our SEO and digital marketing services, tailoring pitches to client-specific needs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects through consistent and strategic follow-ups.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and maximize conversion rates.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual quarterly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Matric / O-Level / Intermediate qualification.
• Exceptional spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
• Proven strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• A professional, customer-first attitude with a relentless drive to achieve goals.
• Superb time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or the digital marketing industry is a strong advantage.

• Location: On-site in Gulberg, Lahore
• Shift Timings:

1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) - UK Market Hours
6:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Monday to Friday) - US Market Hours
