B2B Cold Callers/Appointment Setters

Ideaify Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-driven B2B Cold Calling Specialist to generate qualified leads and book high-value meetings. The role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage structured outreach at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily, along with emails and LinkedIn outreach, to engage and qualify potential B2B prospects.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Founders.
  • Execute structured outreach cadences using modern sales tools.
  • Track activity and pipeline data in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies for better conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Ability to consistently handle 200+ calls per day while maintaining quality conversations.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close) and outreach automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Office Location: 1st Floor, AK Arcade Plaza, Golra Rd, H-13, Islamabad, 22222

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT (According to EST)

Job Type: Full-time
