Cold Calling Specialist

Company Description

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an American accent and excellent communication skills. Candidates with experience in healthcare or medical billing will be preferred. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.

Identify and qualify leads through effective outreach.

Communicate clearly and professionally with a strong American accent.

Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Follow up on warm leads and manage prospect relationships.

Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.


Requirements


  • American accent (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, telemarketing, or call center roles
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical billing is required
  • Familiarity with US healthcare or RCM processes will be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and calling platforms
  • Candidate must have their own conveyance
  • Ability to work in an on-site role and meet project deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus
