CALL CENTER AGENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (REMOTE)

WORKING HOURS FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEE 8AM TO 7PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (FLORIDA/NEW YORK TIME)

Dear Candidate, due to the severe fluctuation of the currency in. The pay will be between $350 to $500 US DOLLARS per month depending on the experience.

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Rep to join our team. We are located in the State of Florida, in the U.S.

Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with a knack for helping people? Do you thrive in a remote work environment and possess excellent communication skills? We're a busy medical office looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our patients.

In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and ensuring their experience with our office is seamless and positive. You'll handle everything from scheduling appointments to answering billing questions, all from the comfort of your home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with basic billing questions.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding office policies, procedures, and services.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient patient experience.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new information and changes in medical office procedures.

You will be able to work remotely, as long as you have a strong Wi-Fi to plug in our phone, and connect to our server remotely via your computer or laptop.

VERY FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH GRAMMAR IS REQUIRED

Medical customer service representatives provide customer support.

  • RUNNING REPORTS DAILY, AND REPORTING TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY
  • Responsible for educating referral sources, patients, and employees on qualifications for service and 3rd party billing
  • Ensures to provide service for walk-in patients and walk-in equipment requests
  • Responsible for providing technical assistance to customers as required
  • Ensures questions and concerns are processed and communicated with patients and referral sources both verbally and in writing in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicates Service Excellence with location employees
  • Always maintains a positive and constructive attitude
  • Ensures to adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to clinical programs
  • Resolves all customer questions or concerns via multiple media; the phone, email, online chat or social media
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer information as needed
  • Attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues in a calm manner
  • Ensures to escalate calls or challenges to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
  • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely manner
  • Responsible for tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Ensures to provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
  • Exhibits a detail oriented etiquette and friendly attitude at all times when answering telephone calls
  • Appropriately schedules patient appointments for consultations, evaluations, treatments, follow-up, or re-evaluation
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating patient medical records.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
