Call Center Agents

We are hiring Call Center Agents to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for handling outbound calls, assisting customers, and achieving sales or support targets. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Generate leads and close sales (for sales campaigns)
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Confident and clear speaking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (Day/Night)

Preferred Skills

• Call center or sales experience is a plus
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Good listening and problem-solving ability
