Cold Storage Worker (Bosnia & Herzegovina)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Material Handling: Loading/unloading trucks, moving products with forklifts or pallet jacks, and stocking shelves.
• Inventory Management: Receiving, rotating (FIFO), verifying, and conducting inventory counts.
• Equipment Operation: Using powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and scan guns.
• Quality & Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe, organized workspace and ensuring product quality/freshness.
• Documentation: Accurate data entry and reporting discrepancies.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Work Environment: Ability to work in cold temperatures (e.g., 3°C to -20°C or colder) while wearing protective gear.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate picking and inventory.
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other warehouse staff.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding and following WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) and GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices).
