Position: Collection Officer

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Salary Range: 50000 to 70000 /-plus incentive.

Age: 23 to35

Required: Excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customers with outstanding debts
• Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries
• Create and implement debt collection courses of action
• Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors
• Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in collections and recovery management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Professional phone etiquette
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Account management experience

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
