Collections Call Center Agent - Long term position

$17 - $19 per hour plus bonuses - NOT A REMOTE POSITION

We are a 55 year old, nationwide finance company located in Boulder. Currently, we are looking for an intelligent, hard working individual with strong interpersonal skills to work in our AR department. The majority of the work day is on the telephone making collection calls, however, no prior phone or collection experience is necessary as we will provide training to the right candidate. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a stable work history and have a positive, professional attitude. We are looking for a disciplined, career-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who is outgoing and eager to grow with the company in the long run.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be available to complete 300+ calls per day
• Ability to gather, review, and process information in a logical and professional manner
• Self-starter that can handle fast-paced environment
• Meet deadlines with minimal direction
• Must have basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply
