• 岗位职责（核心）：

1. 制定并执行逾期账款（重卡分期、租赁、尾款）的催收策略，完成回款目标。
2. 上门催收：赴客户现场（车库、工地、车队驻地）谈判，制定还款计划，合规施压。
3. 电话催收：高频外呼跟进，记录沟通及还款承诺。
4. 法律催收：整理材料移交法务或律师，通过沙特Najiz系统立案，跟进法院判决、资产查封、旅行禁令等执行程序。
5. 遵守沙特央行（SAMA）催收指引及民法、劳动法，定期提交催收报告。

• 任职要求：

1. 3-5年催收经验，有汽车、工程机械或商用车金融催收经验者优先。
2. 精通现场、电话及法律催收全流程。
3. 熟悉沙特强制执行程序、Najiz系统及商业诉讼文件准备。
4. 了解沙特重卡/物流行业及客户付款习惯。
5. 阿拉伯语流利（必须），英语可沟通；抗压、谈判力强。
6. 持有效沙特驾照，能频繁出差（含偏远地区）。

Job Title: Collections Manager – Heavy Truck Sales Company

Location: Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam (frequent nationwide travel required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts receivable (including heavy truck installment payments, leasing receivables, and final balloon payments), and achieve cash recovery targets.
2. On-site collections: Visit customers in person (garages, construction sites, fleet depots, etc.) to negotiate repayment plans and apply compliant collection pressure.
3. Phone collections: Conduct high-frequency outbound calls to follow up on payments, record communication history, and track repayment commitments.
4. Legal collections: Prepare and transfer case documentation to the legal team or external lawyers; file cases through the Saudi Najiz system, and follow up on court judgments, asset seizures, and travel bans enforcement processes.
5. Ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) collection guidelines, civil law, and labor law; submit regular collection performance reports.

Requirements:

1. 3–5 years of collections experience, preferably in automotive, construction machinery, or commercial vehicle financing collections.
2. Strong experience in end-to-end collections processes, including field visits, phone collections, and legal enforcement.
3. Familiar with Saudi enforcement procedures, the Najiz system, and preparation of commercial litigation documents.
4. Understanding of Saudi heavy truck/logistics industry and customer payment behaviors.
5. Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); working-level English required. Strong resilience and negotiation skills.
6. Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel frequently, including remote areas.
