Role: Command Center Operator – Level 1 (NOC Operations)

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Vizag

Must Have:

Experience in network operations, application L1 support, and incident management.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SolarWinds,etc).
Basic understanding of infrastructure components: compute, storage, network, databases, middleware, and cloud platforms.
