Job description:
- Deliver technical support for Linux-based servers, ensuring stability and performance of the environment.
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and services; namely Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificate management, containers
- Managing OU related activities
- Identify and resolve system issues through troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor system resources and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
