Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Commercial Office Employee to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, customer communication, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and maintain commercial records, invoices, and reports
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assist with order processing and follow-ups
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support management with general office duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or commercial administrative role preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial or trading companies
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
