Commercial Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling procurement activities, and assisting with other commercial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Oversee procurement activities including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
  • Support commercial operations with documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other commercial documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure all commercial activities are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or commercial administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
