Job Location & Environment: Irvine, CA, Corporate Office

Job Description Summary: The Commercial Administrator provides administrative and operational support across the North American based Commercial organization, including Training & Professional Education, Sales, Marketing, Reimbursement and Field teams. This role is responsible for coordinating training activities and records, meetings and logistics, maintaining documentation and databases, assisting with customer service and contract workflows, preparing reports, and supporting key commercial processes and events. Activities and priorities executed by this role will be triaged and prioritized by CCO, but role will engage with US commercial leaders representing Education, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities:

Training & Professional Education Support

  • Support new hire onboarding coordination for Commercial team members working with Training Coordinator.

Commercial Operations, Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and maintain files, data, and documentation.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards (Excel, PowerBI, or other tools).
  • Respond to and triage incoming customer service inquiries to appropriate internal partners.
  • Assist with purchase order, invoice processing, and basic contract coordination in partnership with the contracting team.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly reports.
  • Interact with cross functional team members based on commercial leadership and field team needs
  • Support meetings, calendar, and event planning for Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the Commercial team and Leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of previously related medical device environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite required.
