The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Direct preparation and administration of contracts, warranties, and completion certificates.
• Lead teams to deliver cost control, valuations, and monthly reporting with precision.
• Identify and manage costs linked to design changes, claims, and construction activities.
• Guide negotiation of final accounts and oversee defect completion processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to cost consultants and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and net zero carbon transition in delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management; chartered membership preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development experience.
• Expertise in contracts, risk, value engineering, and sustainability considerations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, stakeholders, and delivering service excellence.
