Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project commercial strategy and cost control

• Manage variations, claims, contractual matters

• Oversee subcontractor commercial administration

• Provide commercial guidance to the project leadership team

• Ensure project profitability and risk mitigation

•Responsible for payment applications to the client, preparation of variation orders, drafting subcontract agreements, and subcontractor payment settlements.

Requirements

✔ 10–15+ years of experience in construction commercial management

✔ Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts

✔ Experience on large-scale construction projects

✔ Strong negotiation and leadership skills

✔ Possess the ability to interpret construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 20-30K, depends on the skills and experience

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
