Senior Commercial Consultancy Manager - Makkah

The project:

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting to maintain financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead claims evaluation, contract completion, and final account negotiations, ensuring fair resolution and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to cost consultants and managers, driving performance, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing senior decision‑makers and fostering collaboration across teams.
• Embed sustainability and net zero carbon goals into delivery, aligning with Mace’s strategic priorities and values.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) or demonstrable ongoing development.
• Proven commercial management expertise with strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
